Ben Hill serves as the Pastor of Students and Young Adults at 5 Bridges Church. He is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College, holding a BA in Management. In 2026, Ben also completed his MA in Biblical Studies through online courses at The Master's University.

Before coming to 5 Bridges in February 2023, he served as a team sports coordinator in recreation ministry at a local church in Pensacola. Ben loves connecting with students and helping them deepen their scriptural understanding which ultimately, leads to a greater love for God and excitement for the life mission He has placed before them.

He is thrilled to call Jordan his wife and loves being Shiloh Mae and Silas’s dad. They enjoy time outdoors, mainly hiking, swimming in the ocean, or reading a good book on the beach.
