Ben Hill serves as the Student and Young Adult Pastor at 5 Bridges Church in Panama City Beach, Florida, where he leads and disciples middle school, high school, college students, and young adults. He is passionate about helping the next generation develop a deep understanding of Scripture, grow in their love for Christ, and become faithful members of the local church.

Through biblical teaching, discipleship, and intentional relationships, Ben seeks to equip students and young adults with a strong theological foundation that prepares them to faithfully navigate life, culture, and the challenges of following Christ. His desire is to see young people mature in their faith, build meaningful relationships within the church, and use their gifts to serve the body of Christ.

He graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelors in Management. In 2026, Ben also completed his MA in Biblical Studies through online courses at The Master's University.

Before coming to 5 Bridges in February 2023, he served as a Team Sports Coordinator in recreation ministry at a local church in Pensacola. Ben loves connecting with students and helping them deepen their scriptural understanding which ultimately, leads to a greater love for God and excitement for the life mission He has placed before them.

He is thrilled to call Jordan his wife and loves being Shiloh Mae and Silas Dune’s dad. They enjoy time outdoors, mainly hiking, swimming in the ocean, or reading a good book on the beach.
